DESCRIPTION:The CTA Open Water Swim Series 1 has been CANCELLED. \n  \nNOTE from CTA: \n  \nMorning All\, \nHope you all well and fresh after the weekend. \nI have been notified by our safety crew for this weekends event that would need to be postponed. \nReason is\, the weather predictions is high winds and low temperatures with chances of rain. \nThe water temperature does not meet the criteria to make it a sanctioned event as well as severe winds making it difficult to have the lifesavers on the water. \nWater temperature taken was 15.5’c on the shallow side and 16’c moving out. \nWe have made plans to move the forward to November as the venue does not have any availability in October. \nThe dates are as follows: \n16th of November\n30th of November. \nThe events will be broken up to make it easier as based on everyone’s availability. \nThis will be confirmed before during the course of these 2 weeks.
