Western Province Swimming Club Champs!

ABOUT THE CLUB

Tygerberg Aquatics is a competitive swimming club based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa. The club was established in 1997 and has since grown into one of the largest competitive swimming clubs in the Western Cape.  We achieved a first place at Western Province Champs, 2015 and a 4th place at the Level 3 champs in 2016.

Although competitive swimming is our primary focus we also cater for other aquatic disciplines including open water swimming, lifesaving, biathlon and triathlon.

Tygerberg Aquatics caters for age groups ranging from school-going through to master’s level. The Club currently includes in excess of 160 competitive swimmers and a large learn-to-swim base that feeds into the club regularly.
